Oahu Housing Stats February 2015

For February 2015, Median Sales Prices of Homes on Oahu have dropped a bit, but our supply of housing is still a challenge. "Days on Market" for condos is 29, and for single family homes is just 26. That means it takes less than a month to get an accepted offer! It's competitive, but if you have a good REALTOR, you will find success!
